ldap update not working correctly

I have Acrobat Pro 7.5.  The issue I am having is the LDAP updates.  Recently, when a synchronization completes, it fails to update the groups.  I have a very large number of groups and users and they move in and out of groups constantly. 
When I look at the sync.csv file for the night, the group that is in question shows that it had updated successfully.  But the connect pro group has 8 people in it where my AD group is looking at 30+. 

Has anyone ran in to this before?

They might not actually get added until they login. There is a checkmark for that setting. Try getting one of the 30 users that isn't showing up to attempt a login. They will most likely be added once they successfully login
