Reporting of Training

I am having difficulty getting a completed status on any content I've uploaded from Captivate that users have, in fact, completed.

Is there something I should be doing differently in Captivate to ensure it changes the status to 'complete' instead of 'In Progress'?

To get a complete status, your learners must look at every slide. If they are able to skip slides, or navigate around portions of the project, then that may be causing the result of In Progress. You may want to put a single quiz slide at the end of the presentation that asks them to verify that they completed it and then the reporting can be set to Pass/Fail, where if they answer the question that they did complete the training, they get a pass status and can move on.
