REBRANDING

Our Configuration Settings show that Customization and Rebranding is on, but the tab never appears. Am I doing something wrong? How do I get this ab to appear so I can rebrand? Pay a fee? Adjust settings? Thanks!

Its not a tab. It in the Admin tab --> Administration > Customization

That's just  it there is no tab or any other indication in he admin  area... Even though it says that rebranding is active in the config...

When you click on the admin tab (with rights to do so) you should see the following list of links below the tabs:

    * Account
    * Users and Groups
    * Customization
    * Service Plan
    * Administration Dashboard

If you don't see those links then you should call your Adobe support contact.
