How activate Connect Events module?

We bought product Adobe Connect Pro 8 with all modules except the Connect Events module in december 2011

Now we got you Events module, have license, serial number.
How to activate Connect Events module?

It sounds like you are licensed, so just download and apply the new license file, and the events module should become available on your server.

The fact that all licenses acquired in December 2011, have the same serial number, but license for Events module - the other serial number!
So I can not activate the module Events!

You should only have one license file, unless you were out of Maintenance and Support for more than 12 months, where you may have had to purchase new licensing for all your licenses.

However, I would do a test server install, on a non production server/computer, to install the Connect application and apply your new license file. If it works for unlocking all your existing licensing and the events module, then apply it to your production server. if it does not have all the functionality you are looking for, go back to the reseller you purchased from and work with them to get what you need.
