FMS Server Crash due to DB and Connect server clocks off

Greetings, I have been fighting our FMS service puking on the Connect server due to the system clock being off by milliseconds from the separate Database server. 

I have talked with Adobe support many times with this and have tried many different solutions all the way to 3rd party system clock administrative programs.

None seem to work, Adobe seems to think that the FMS should not crash if the clocks are only off by milliseconds but mine does.

The only solution I have found that works is doing a system restart in the early morning hours on the Connect Server.  I know this isn't the best solution but I none of the other ideas worked.

Have any of you had similar problems and how have you fixed this?
