please recomment good SIP service provider

hi,
we are currently using Vitelity and have started facing a lot of issues such as 'no audio in the recording' . and sometimes we are not able to start the audio broadcast.
please recommend a good SIP service provider.
I am looking for one with a good track record of working with Adobe and its on-premise customers.
