Short Answer Survey - Answers not recording

I have a test for users that consists of 1 survey multiple choice and 35 survey short answers... Has anyone experienced an issue where the user finishes but none of their answers are captured and shows a status of "in-progess" after the entire test was completed?

Yes!  We had the same problem!  After a ridiculous amount of time and multiple Adobe tech support guys, it was determined that a status of "In Progress" appears on Quizzes/TestOuts when a user stops taking the quiz for a certain amount of time.  The amount of time depends on the time out your Adobe Connect account is set to (Administrative setting). 

For example, our account was set to time out after only 5 minutes of inactivity.  Since we have folks in retail stores, they need to step away to assist customers constantly.  We set our admin time out to an hour or two and communicated to our employees that all they need to do is close out of the Test Out if they need to walk away or stop taking the test/quiz for any reason.  Closing the quiz/test saves their progress and returns the user to the same spot upon their return and the combo of those two things solved the problem!! Hopefully that helps!
