Second audio track in Presenter?

Is it possible to add a second audio track in Presenter? Using the Audio Editor? Or should I mix a single audio track elsewhere (I have used Audacity) and then try to synch the entire track to the PowerPoint using Presenter. I have narration and would like to have a music bed underneath. Thanks for any information! :)

Re: Second audio track in Presenter?

Mix your audio elsewhere. Presenter will only allow a single audio track.
(or have your radio playing in the background while you record the audio ;) )

If you want a music track playing in the background separate from the speaking audio, then look to Captivate. You can import PPT slides into Captivate and there is an option for a background audio track that decreases in volume when the speaking track is playing. Do be aware that there will be a loss of quality of your PPT slide when importing them to Captivate, though the animations should be able to translate. It comes down to what is most important to you, quality, the specific features of each product, or the second audio track.

Thank you, Jorma!

And now back to my original plan! Just thought I might be missing an easier way...
