Issue of Articulate Quizmaker and Adobe Connect not tracking properly.

I'm hoping I have someone out there who use Articulate Quizmaker with Adobe Connect for tracking purposes.

I have a situation where a handful of users took an Articulate course with Quizmaker and while they passed the test, the system recorded them as "In Progress".  When I spoke to users, it turned out that they had taken the test more than twice in order to pass it, and apparently, in doing so the system didn't record that that they did, indeed, pass it.  It seems those who took it only once or twice  - were recorded properly as "Passed " by the system. 

While I can go back and override the result for each user, I still have over 700 people to take the class and would prefer not to have this issue again. 

Anyone have any ideas?

By the way - the LMS tracking in Articulate was set to Passed/Incomplete.
