Adobe Connect Pro 7.5 user definition problem

Hi,

We're currently using SAP LSO 6.04 and Adobe Connect Pro 7.5. We've encountered 2 cases where teh Virtual Learning Room Host(s) are not able to access their rooms when accessing the rooms thru our LSO portal. We've reported this to SAP, but after further analysis it appears that the error is in Adobe Connect.

The 1st case occurred after someone had their authorization to SAP changed. His authorization was restored but he could not access his room. We were investigating this problem when we got another call about someone having the same problem. However, she did not have any changes to her authorization happen.

During the course of our investigation, we added another person as the host of the room and she could not access the room either. We then removed that person as a host and when she tried to access the room, she found that she could now access the room AND that she had host authorization to control the room. We then removed the original host and she too can now access the room.

Since finding the workaround, we have not had a similar incident happen. Only I have access to add and change the authorization level of users in virtual learning rooms, so the users are not doing the workaround on their own. In addition SAP is asking access to our system so that they can investigate, but we are unable to replicate the problem in our QAP environment.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?
