My Reporting Database has been down for 3 days

My reporting database on NA8 has been down for 3 days.  Case #183120084.  "Error is Cannot open database "ConnectProReportNA8" requested by the login. The login failed." when trying to run reports or using reporting API calls.  I don't feel like this is being treated with any urgency.  Any friendly Adobe staff here able to help me out?  :)

Hi - there was a temporary issue with one of the reporting databases that services your account around the time you posted this message.  It should have been resolved by 4/4, and I'm guessing you are no longer seeing this issue.  Can you confirm?
