Hung process: CommandLineConverterRaw

Twice recently we have seen a cluster server's CPU rise to 100%. In both cases, there were two hung processes named CommandLineConverterRaw.exe

The processes don't die after any amount of time and they don't die if I try to kill them. Each process takes about 50% CPU. They don't even die when I stop all Connect processes. The only way to clear them out is to reboot the server. I'm guessing these may be failed file upload attempts, but I've never seen them before in seven years of running Connect servers. I plan to open a ticket with Adobe, but I wanted to see if anyone here has seen this behavior.

We're running 8.1.2 in a 3 server cluster. The app servers are 64-bit Windows Server 2008 running on virtual machines but the database is on a physical server.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.
