All caps used for primary administrator login name

Is there anyway to change the primary administrator name as it appears when you join a meeting?
I have been setup as the primary administrator/contact when we purchased Adobe and my name is in all caps and it looks very odd when in a meeting room.

You can change this, by logging into COnnect web app as aministrator,
go to Administration Tab -> Users and Group, select the user -> edit information -> user information.
