Connect Pro Blocked by Russian Government ISP

Attempted to conduct Connect meeting with orphanage near Kuluga, Russia.  Orphanage has a government supplied internet connection. Access to the meeting room was blocked.  Other ISPs allow. Any idea why this is so and what may be done about it? Given the pervasive nature of Adobe products and widespread use, this seems strange.  Any possibilities for resolution? Should I be contacting Adobe? If so, who and how?

Sorry to hear that.  Was the meeting being served from Adobe's hosted service, or a licensed deployment?  There are some configuration variations that can be attempted on licensed deployments to leverage available ports (1935->443->80).
