"Set phone conference " option

I don't see "Set phone conference " option in my meeting menu. What may be wrong? I entered a third party conference call number when I created the meeting, but there is no phone icon anywhere in my screen.. thanks!

Call Premiere Global, its the only way you're gonna get that phone icon you want.

In order to use Connect Pro with Premiere, you need to do a few things:
- first have a reservationless # from Premiere
- then go to My Profile in the Connect Pro web app and fill in the telephony profile with the information provided by Premiere (if the telephony option is not available, submit a service request with support to enable the option on your account)
- then you will see an option when you create a meeting to associate your Premiere # with the meeting

The option where you list another telephony option is only used for the email invite (the phone # is copied in the text of the invite).
