User/Group lists in web UI being cropped

I have found that any time I try managing users through the web UI, the list stops listing names at about 80 entries. That's about half of my users, so maybe it's always half...not sure. Anyway, after about 80, all the entries are replaced with "..." (I have a screen shot I'd attach if I could...). As far as I can tell, this completely prevents managing large numbers of accounts via the UI.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Oops...looks like this issue has been discussed already. Apparently it's a v8 bug:

Yeah I get this too but it was happening before v8. I always attributed it to a database issue but I could never find the source.
