while these are a bit more "grass roots" than the tutorials already developed here, it could be a bit of a memory jog**, as well as providing some documentation  for non-experts to get up to speed.

just an FYI.

** I got stuck behind a slow connection watching a presso by an Adobe staffer. A reminder to freeze the webcam was just enough to get rid of the audio droputs I was experiencing (tip #7).
