acrobat.com SLOOWWW today?

Wow, our account at acrobat.com is running deadly slow today.  Not downloading so much, but uploading and converting content is taking a half hour for a 32mb presenter.

I sure wish we could see some server stats to know what might/could be going on.

Our hosted account was extremely slow yesterday (11FEB08).  Today, we had a 20 minute outage.
