JAWS/screen reader issues

Our visually impaired and blind staff had no issues logging into connect for online courses theproblems arose when they had to try and access the trainings.  JAWS could not  recognize buttons due to Connect not having them labled.  Navigation was virtually impossible due to all the tabs and other information on the pages.    We developed a step by step guide for our visually impaired and blind staff and what to listen for, specifically the link to the traininng being spelled out and to then click on it.  This worked for a few weeks.  Now something has changed in the system and the links are no longer being recognized by JAWS so our staff can not access the trainings without assistance from sighted staff.  We purchased this product with the understanding it was completely accessible and are saddened that we continue to have issues with it.  Any input or suggestions would be helpful.
