Is there a customer service contact in the United States?
I have been trying to get a problem resolved with Adobe Tech Support for over a month. Each time I call they tell me that the case had to get escalated to another team and that they are working on it. I am positive they are not working on it. It is so frustrating. I can't get an answer from them and I can't seem to find a number for anyone above them to contact.
Has anyone else had this problem? Have you found a contact in the United States for customer support?

Your reseller / VAR should be able to escalate for you. If this is a hosted account, did you purchase through a conferencing service provider such as PGI? In those cases, we'd be your first level of contact, and escalate through adobe for you.
