Attendees unable to connect to meeting via Internet.

Hello,

I believe I have everything set on my Firewall, as I am seeing no record of anything being blocked in my logs, but I am still unable to get anyone connect to a meeting from the Internet. They get stuck at a full Progress Bar, with the work "Connecting..." to the right. After a few minutes they see a new page with a general statement stating that they were unable to connect. Has anyone seen this? I cannot figure out what is happening...

Thank you,
Scott

Scott,

Do you have a licensed Connect Server or are you using the Hosted solution?

Re: Attendees unable to connect to meeting via Internet.

I'm attending an eLearning Guild conference today and acrobat.com totally tanked at about 11:45 central time.

Has been working fine though the rest of the day.  I try to avoid conducting meetings between 11:00am and 3pm central time - it's just too patchy to reliably connect (no pun intended really).

Using SSL?  port 443 (i think its 443) needs to be open.
If no SSL, you need ports 80 and 1935.  It is also possible that some attendees will need their ISP/network admin/whoever to open 1935.

Re: Attendees unable to connect to meeting via Internet.

I got it figured out on Friday. There are NAT rules that had to be setup for HTTP, RTMP, and SSL on our firewall to our Adobe Server.

Thanks for the replys
