Text in Chat Pod not appearing when Sent
We have a User that connects into Adobe Connect and when ever he types something, it states he is typing, when he hits enter it disappears and does not appear in the Chat Pod window.
He meets and exceeds all the system requirements, has a good connection, has all the certificates needed for SSL and can view all other chat in the current chat pod. But whenever he sends text it just disappears when he hits enter. Any Ideas? I have never had an issue like this before and would appreciate any outside the box input.

This sounds like you are having the same problem as another user had. Here is the thread of that conversation. Hope this helps. Go all the way to the bottom of the thread for the answer that worked for him. It was a strange problem but easily solved.
