Better login information gathering

As much as we would like the event managment addon, it is not in the budget.
I REALLY would like to be able to ask for more information from my guest attendees.  I send detailed  information to attendees with screen shots saying, Please type in your organization and state, but I actually had someone type in "Enter as Guest".  As people are paying for our webinars, I want to hand hold them through the processs.  Yes, I can private chat and boot out non responders, but I am sure that most of the time it would be some person that is frightened of technology.

This basic login information gathering is standard (no additional cost) with many webinar platforms.  Also, I would love to be able to have the named host attendees bumped to 150 or 200 without going to the room.   That is very expensive jump.
