Does Adobe offer Developer Accounts for testing API integration?

My company is building an integration to Adobe Connect to register leads and capture attendance information.  Does Adobe offer developer accounts if you are using the API or SDK?

Adobe allows you to use your current license for prod and dev. You can also contact an Adobe Connect reseller to get a trial license if that helps.
