Digital Learning intiative

Saw former governor Jeb Bush of Florida and current governor Wise of W. VA on MSNBC this morning talking about the new digital learning initiative.  Seems like ready made for Connect and Presenter.  The idea is to bring the best instruction available to all classrooms via technology. Does anyone know if Adobe is involved with this initiative?
