Can only enter as guest

We can only enter rooms as guest, not as member (even when I am a host of the room).  When we try to enter rooms as member we get the message "network error".  Do others have this problem?

Yes!  I had this happen last week with one room and despite what we did, could not get the meeting room to recognize anyone as the host. 

The solution was: 
Step 1: copy the number from your meeting room url (Example: If my url was
http://breezexxxxxxxx.na3.acrobat.com/r69652102/, copy the portion after the /. In this case:  r69652102.
Step 2: delete that meeting.
Step 3: create a new meeting and paste the number into the custom url box.

This way if you've given the URL to any people, it will remain the same.

Adobe said they would look into it, but haven't heard anything.  Thought it was just me.

I tried your work around and it did not work.  The problem is that I have a hundred rooms, and I can't delete them, and recreate them all.

if you try to enter as a member, and you have host or presenter privileges in that meeting, the login will fail, as the mobile app can only participate.

i did a test, and could not authenticate in any way.  had my user set as participant, presenter and host.  expected fail on presenter and host, but not participant.

i suspect this is a bug in the mobile app.  since you can't do anything as presenter or host, why not just log-in as a guest anyway?

I can only log-in as a guest, when I asked my colleague its seemed like there a bug. We're trying to work our way around it.

Try removing and re-adding a user to a meeting room that isn't working and then try to join as that user, if not you will most likely need to contact Adobe support.

The latest version 1.0.3 of the adobe connect mobile app for iphone resolves issue with guest login and it should also work if user logs in as a registered user to connect.

I installed the updated app.  Then tried to login as a "member".  This did not work.  Then I noticed that the "secure login" box was checked.  After unchecking it I WAS able to login.
