Network error

I can't get loggin.  I keep getting the message "network error".  I have tryed several rooms. 

If I login as a guest I can hear the audio but the screen says "waiting for host appproval" even when I have been accepted into the room.

I still can't log in as a host (or member is the app says).  I can log on as a guest.  Any suggestions? 

Adobe Connect support will not give any help to this problem.  Apparently they do not have IPod Touch or IPhones in India.

I don't have a solution.  We pay Adobe thousand of dollars a year for support, and they say they can't help.

i just tried this.
logged in to a meeting in which i am a host.  no one else in the room.  no problems getting in.
possibly the problem is the checkbox on the log-in screen: "secure login"? 
We don't use SSL, so i un-checked that.  we also use a compliance notice.  seems to work just fine.

is your device and the connect app updated??
