Home Page details blank

A host instructor submitted that when they access the Home view on our Connect server, they no longer see the event details on the right side of the screen when they select an event on the left pane. Their permission levels on our server have not changed and he was able to view this at one time.

He is using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 8. He has also tried this on a Mac with Safari as well with the same results.

He does have the Show Details option checked under the View drop down list.

Does anyone else have experience with this problem?
