How do I record to DVD? No obvious path beyond Publish>CD Package
I tried calling tech support and they don't seem to get it, When I finish the presentation and try to publish using CD Package I get a screen that is mostly gray with my presentation and a box saying this should go to a webserver. I see no way of getting this recorded on a DVD. What am I missing? Or is the software buggy?

Presenter doesn't have a publish to DVD option. The CD Package option adds an autorun.ini file to the output to attempt to make it easier to distribute through local media, and try to eliminate the need to explain that the index.html file is what you click on to launch it.
This is not a bug. I think you are just attempting to do something that Presenter cannot do.
