Filmstrip view, fullscreen view not working after updating to 9.2.2c

did an update from 9.1.2b to 9.2.2c.  Can see the new buttons in the video pod, but they either do nothing (the fullscreen button has no effect) or don't function fully. the filmstrip view creates the small videos at the bottom, but the selection of the main video button does nothing.
have tried different browsers, updated to latest add-in, latest flash player -- same results.
checked admin options -- didn't see anything there. checked prefs in meeting room, also nothing there.
did i miss something in an option?  did something go wrong w/ my upgrade/install?
any thoughts or ideas appreciated.
