Event Confirms & Postini

Hello All,

I am running events and having the system send emails to the users. It is set to send confirmations for approvals, reminders and thank you as well as a couple of others.

The notices go out as expected, but many of them are never getting delivered. So I am looking for advice on what to troubleshoot next:

We have Postini as our SPAM catcher and I have worked with our IT/Admin to ensure that we have added the following items to our whitelist 'admin@acrobat.com' 'admin@adobeconnect.com' -

They are still getting caught for enough users that I need to investigate. These users have not changed their individual filter settings on Postini. Curiously it seems to be only the confirmations (with .ics files) that are being stopped.

Any thoughts?
