download returns "Not Authorized"

Hi,

I'm want to make a meeting available offline and want to download the file from a recent webcast through the URL https://MyCompany.adobeconnect.com/MyMe … wnload=zip

but I get "Not Authorized You do not have permission to access this item. ".

I'm the administrator of the company's account and should have full access to all the content.

what could be the problem?

We're using Adobe Connect 9.2

The verbiage you use in your URL indicates that you are trying to download the URL for the room. it should be:

h ttps://mycompany.adobeconnect.com/RecordingURL/output/myfile.zip?download=zip

not

h ttps://mycompany.adobeconnect.com/MyMeeting/output/myfile.zip?download=zip

thanks! Indeed I used the viewing URL I found under the Recording menu (a 11 position alphanumerich string) and used http://mycompany.adobeconnect.com/The11 … wnload=zip and it worked.
