Sharing file from Dropbox

Hi I just want to check the features available for S3?
I've just downloaded the app from Play Store and tried to share fila via
- Dropbox - couldn't work
- Local gallery - couldn't work

I can't share anyfiles directly from the device unless I upload the files via a desktop.
Is this true or I'm doing something incorrect?

please advice.

The Connect mobile app for the phone version does not support file upload to the meeting room unless there are files that have been shared recently from a computer. Then you can share those recently shared files. The initial filing sharing still needs to be initiated from a computer. However, if you are running Connect mobile on a tablet, you may share the files from your Connect's content library or from share history. You may also upload images from your tablet to the meeting room.
