Self-directed training on Connect Training

I am using the free trial on the advice of the sales rep after telling her I wanted on-line self directed training (participants sign in and work at their own pace). I am not clear as to how this is supposed to work on Connect Training...I am also not clear how I'm supposed to be able to administer quizzes as promised. Any help would be appreciated

Re: Self-directed training on Connect Training

Not so sound cold, but this should be what your sales rep does...

However, here is the short version. You will need Adobe Presenter or Adobe Captivate (you can use other tools but these will be the easiest to work with), to create on-demand presentations that will work within Connect. You can create presentations with or without quizzes as you see fit. Both products can be downloaded and installed with a 30 day trial.

Once you create the presentations, upload them to the Content Library, you should have an option to publish directly to your Connect account within Presenter or Captivate. With the presentations in the Content Library, you can create a Course from them in the Training Library. You can also create Curriculum in the Training Library, which will hold multiple Courses (giving a framework that you can have your students access and take the desired trainings at their own pace).

Then it is just a matter of creating user accounts, and enrolling those individuals in that training. The individuals can receive emails from the Connect server, or you can email them the link to the training.
