Absentee Emails - CC the Event Host?

Hello All,

I am setting up an event, and I have the system sending out "Sorry we missed you" emails to any registrants who do not show up for the event.

I would like to have the system send ME a copy of that email as well...but I have not yet figured out if that is possible. The settings/options for recipients do not seem to allow for it. It would make my life easier if they could.

Side note - my client, has opted to NOT auto load emails, so I am having the users self register as opposed to being invited.

Thoughts?

You can add yourself as a BCC instead of CC b y going to the "Customize" setting in the "Email options" tab of an Event. Would that work fine for you?

That would work fine, except i do not see that as an option under the email options. I looked there before posting. Here is a list of what I see:

E-mail triggers: Drop down menu
Recipients: Non-editable field
Event date and time: Non-editable field
Send E-mail by: Non-editable field
Reply To: Drop down menu
Subject: {event-name}: Update-able field
Email Template: Drop down menu
Email Type: Non-editable

Where am I missing option to update the BCC fields?

I only see the BCC option in the invitation and registration pending emails.

Can this be added to the other email triggers?

You guys are right. The option to add BCC is available only in the invitation and the registration pending emails.

e-slinger, I am sorry right now you will not be able to add any CC/BCC to the emails apart from invitation or registration.
