Hello I have a client trying customize her meeting under the customization tab. When she changes the colors for each interface, uploads a logo and clicks apply, none of the customization changes in her meeting rooms. Does anyone have any ideas?
Is she making the changes while her room is active? The customization changes will only take affect after her session ends.
If that isn't it try a different browser or computer to access a new room and see if the changes are present. If they are not, then a call to support is likely in order.
Any update on this one?
I am running into a similar issue (Adobe Connect 10) - When i go to update the banner image in both Chrome and IE the image uploads and then resets to the base polygon image.
I have tried .bmp, .jpg and .png images all at the stated size of 2500*1800 with the same result.
