How to record sidebar/index along with a presentation

Hi,

I'd like to record a PowerPoint presentation along with the Connect sidebar/index in a Connect meeting room.  When I try to do so, the sidebar doesn't show up in the recording for a user to jump to the section of choice.

Does anyone know how to record a presentation so that the sidebar also appears in the recording?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Every Connect Pro recording comes with a side bar that indexes all the slides and text in the presentation so that recording viewers can jump to a specific slide or search for a specific word.  Just open the side bar by clicking on the bottom left button in the recording window.

It's also worth noting that when you record a meeting it is recorded from the participant view. That said, if you don't check the box at the bottom of the side bar for showing the participants the side bar, then the recording will not show it. Always keep in mind how the recording is made.

As a second option, though not as nice, you could screen share your web browser and open the URL for the PPT you uploaded and it will show the side bar to everyone through screen sharing.
