Problem accessing recorded sessions using Adobe Connect Mobile for iOS

Hi,

I am having some issues and I wonder whether anyone can help me.

I have joined several live meetings on my iPad (Adobe Connect Mobile for iOS, app version 2.1) without any problems; I click the link the meeting organiser provides (either in an email or through my browser) and my app automatically launches and lets me into the meeting.

However, I have also been provided with links to watch meetings which have been recorded previously. When I click these links, instead of the app automatically launching I am instead redirected to a webpage which tells me I need Flash Player (i.e. my iPad is trying to run Adobe Connect in my browser rather than launching the app as it should).

Any ideas why this is/how I can access these recorded sessions?

The mobile app does not support recording playback.

The mp4 conversion feature was developed for your use case.
