presenter (and attendee) randomly kicked out of event

Just completed our first event on Adobe Connect (previously used WebEx) with about 65 people attending.

Everything went pretty well, except the presenter got booted out of the event twice and had to re-connect. We had a couple of attendees report the same thing.

Normally, I'd chalk this up to a local connection issue. But when it happens with a presenter, it makes me more nervous. Plus this presenter was on a university campus with good bandwidth.

Any tips or experiences to share that might help diagnose and prevent this? We have another event next week, so input is welcome. Thanks.
