Presenter 9 - Errors messages & Lost Functionality

Hello All,

I know this kind of thing has popped up in other posts, but I wanted to throw it back out there.

I try to use Presenter as much as I can, but I often find that when I open a file I get various errors, and then the Presenter Tab of the ribbon (and all of the features) fail to work. I would say this fail happens 1 in 3 times that I open Presenter.

What is curious is that if I switch users on the same machine (PC, Windows 7 - 32 bit) - Presenter seems to work just fine.

Any ideas on what would cause this?
