Mobile DATA

Does anyone know what the data usage rates are?  We are thinking about letting people use AC from their iPhones/Samsungs.  Both are 4g and in tests it works great but we are fearful that we will get a huge cell data bill at the end of the month.  I have been looking in the docs and can't find any info on how much data it uses.

The Data use will vary heavily by the nature of the room in use.

Using screen share, shared videos, webcams etc will use a lot of data. To some extent, this will vary with the quality setting of the room too.

Rooms that use mostly chat messages, or perhaps sharing a single powerpoint, or VOIP for audio (no video) will use much less data.

The best approach is probably to use a data measuring app to chart some of meetings that use the features that you commonly use before committing to support users on "pay ber KB" cellular data plans.

You can do such measurements over wifi in order not to incur large bills while doing the testing.
