Captivate 5 on Windows 7 PC Machine

I have a training room which has Captivate 5 installed as part of the Adobe X Suite
I recently upgraded to Windows 7 and now when I run Cativate the standard list of workspaces do not show up; Applying Skin, Classic, Navigation, Quizing, Review, Widget
I only see Reset Classic, New Workspace, Manage Workspace and nothing happens when I reset Classic

I have Captivate 5 on my office computer running Windows 7

I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, as administrator 
on 1 machine it will run if I am logged in as an Administrator
wont run if logged in as student > run as administrator

I have run updates

I have done these things on 3 different machines

Any thoughts ?
