Cannot connect to a live meeting on ipad 2 - connection error

Hi all

My college uses Adobe Connect to broadcast live lectures - I can connect to these fine with my laptop and desktop.
On my ipad 2 I can get to the login page, where all thats required is for me to put my name (no password required, its a guest login)- it just says "connecting" sometimes "trying alternate server" before giving a connection error

I can however connect to the following room http://my.adobe.acrobat.com/connectrules - it seems to be a test room

Anyone any ideas? Maybe a problem at the server end and not me?

Indeed, this seems to be a major problem right now for all(?) hosted accounts (with .adobeconnect.com in the address). Hopefully Adobe will be able to solve this quickly... But it has been like this for a few days now :-(

Has there been any official announcement from Adobe on this issue? I have been having difficulties connecting fro approx. 1 week now and I am going live on a Webinar with the presenter using this tonight!... Might have to resort to a VNC viewer for the iPad!

There is currently an ongoing issue preventing customers in Europe and Asia from connecting via a mobile device.

The team has identified the issue and is working on getting a fix released ASAP.

Good news. Customers in Europe (EMEA) and Asia should be able to connect to Connect meetings on mobile device.
