Get Chat Pod history

As administrator, we would like to monitor Chat Pod from each meeting?  Would it be possible to get chat pod history from Adobe Connect Enterprise Server?

There are a couple of solutions. The first is the hardest:
If you have a licensed server, you could have someone get into the code and determine where the chat's are kept and then create a program to find that content and email it or place it on a database for you. This however is NOT possible with a hosted account.

Second we have had clients with this need and have come up with another solution that works with both licensed and hosted accounts.

basically what Jorma is saying is use our custom chat pod, that can write to an external database as people chat.

this is a done pod, let us know if you'd like to see it.
