Duplicates in PPS_Principals

Hello,

While troubleshoot a problem, I discovered after the user is deleted, the old principals_id is still left in the pps_principals.  There are many dead sessions are still in pps_user_sessions.  I  then discovered I have many duplicate logins although the principal_id is unique.   Is this by design?  I have a problem right now with a particular user account.  After recreate the account, when setting the audio teleconf profile, it will not save. This is only a problem for this particular id not system wide.

Thank you!

Re: Duplicates in PPS_Principals

The first part is by design, Adobe Connect never actually deletes anything form the database, it either will NULL it or expire it.  For your issue, hit save and see what the debug.log shows, it might offer some insight.

Re: Duplicates in PPS_Principals

Thanks and that's I figured.    For the problem, it's only a problem when saving the international number no local number. Our provider is PGi.  I found these errors in the debug.log.

[08-30 14:41:40] Thread-4743 (e) PREMIERE DTD ERROR Unexpected element {}:SIPNumbers

Is this an audio conf provider problem or an Adobe problem?

Thanks,
