Adobe Connect Mobile 2: Cannot open URL's from browser (iOS)

While I have been reading that this would be fixed in this version, I am very disappointed to see that it does not seem to work at all anymore.

What I want (on iOS) is to have users login through our website to a meeting room.
I ask the users to provide their name on our website, and route them to:
connectpro://server/room/?guestName=TEST

However, while this URL starts the app, it doesn't try to connect, and doesn't even populate the room URL anymore.

Any suggestions/comments/workarounds?

Would it be possible for you to just use this URL:

https://server/room?guestName=your-name

So you would replace connectpro:// with http:// or https://

We got this to work using the suggestion from praha, instead of connectpro:// used http://severname/meeting

Added bonus was that we were able to authenticate using session api, instead of clear text username password strings.

Is there a way to log the user out of previous meetings when the app launches?

Re: Adobe Connect Mobile 2: Cannot open URL's from browser (iOS)

The method Praha recommends is the correct way to launch Connect Mobile. connectpro:// is really only intended to allow the Connect Server to launch the app from the device's browser.

There is no way at present to have the new meeting open if the user is already attending a meeting on the device. They will need to exit the existing meeting first, otherwise launching the app just brings the app forward, with the existing meeting open. This is the same way the add-in works on desktop I believe.
