Universal Voice - audio/video out of sync for broadcast and recording
I just setup Universal Voice with our on-premise Adobe Connect 7.5. I have successfully connected to our SIP server but there is a 1 second lag both for broadcasting and for recordings between the video and audio. Does anyone have any suggestions for what we can do to get this in sync?

On our on-premise installation we don't have a SIP Server and so can't comment on that. But you may want to try rPhone ( http://www.refineddata.com/ ) which works with ZipDX; they will provide you with alternate SIP Server as well as gladly help you troubleshoot/fine tune any issues. For our university they even gave us a small test credit account. We are still evaluating them but so far looks promising. HTH
