Connect App for Ipad launches an adobe window

Hello I have a web page (Asp.net) where user's can see several meetings all going on at once. It's really a great solution if you have an ipad. However, every time a user clicks one of the current meeting URLs the Connect application opens up and Adobe advertising page. This is confusing for some users because they are not immediately seeing my page after going back into safari. Is there any way to turn that off?
