Does anyone else have a problem where meeting will stop working eventually?
By stop working, I mean that they get stuck at the "Connecting..." screen for all participants.
This happens quite a bit on a few hosted Connect instances I manage. The only way I've been able to address it is to either file a ticket with Adobe (in which case they will "do something" and 30 days later, the meeting will work again) or to delete the meeting and create a new one.
I suspect that there's something about certain MS Office files (PPT, DOC) that the hosts are uploading but I haven't been able to confirm anything myself. And obviously the files would appear to be fine for the hosts, or they wouldn't be uploading them. I'm not even sure why I think it's uploads - it seems like someone from Adobe support mentioned it once.
Just wondering if other people have similar issues.
