Locking Test Slides

I have locked all slides in the Slide Manager. My quiz's and questions are all mandatory pass with indefinate attempts.  When I publish and play the module you can not advance any slides except the quiz questions. If you enter a a wrong answer or don't enter an answer and hit submit you get the correct messages but you can still advance the slide.  Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I think I found the answer in the Presenter Manual.  On page 13 under the heading of Locking slides it says....Quiz and question slides cannot be locked.
